Ms. Reynolds’ practice focuses on intellectual property counseling and enforcement on a broad spectrum of issues including trademark (acquisition, prosecution and protection of marks); copyright (registration, fair use, potential infringement issues); and internet disputes across all platforms. Her expertise also includes negotiating and drafting license agreements, particularly in the software field, a skill developed during her years as general counsel of a software company. She has worked in both law firms and in-house, and appreciates the challenges and perspectives of both.
